Google+ will give their first presentation in the Netherlands during the launch of the Social Media Monitor. During this afternoon Vodafone and other brands share their social media successes. Dr. Ivar Vermeulen, university lecturer at VU University Amsterdam, talks about how, as a brand in social media, you can remain credible towards the consumer.

Finally, the results of the Social Media Monitor 4 will of course be announced. In addition to announcing the rankings, we also answer questions such as: How did the top 100 brands organize social media internally? How do they measure success? What budget do they make available and how many FTEs do social media have in their job responsibilities?

The program is led by Ernst-Jan Pfauth, internet manager at NRC Handelsblad and columnist at nrc.next.
