That gives Samsung Mobile NL a seventh place in the top 25. The increase is largely due to an action where phones were given away.
Just like in May, Hi is again the largest Dutch brand on Facebook. In that month, this brand was able to overtake cinema circuit Pathé at the last minute. Hi occupied the first place with more than 65, 000 fans, a monthly growth of more than 33 percent.
Pathé must also tolerate Actiecode.nl this month. This brand currently has more than 55, 000 fans on the social network. Pathé has almost 54, 000 Dutch fans.
The top 25 Dutch brands on Facebook together count 721, 734 Dutch fans at the end of June. That is an increase of 18.6 percent compared to the previous month.
MTV, BlackBerry and Vodafone disappear from the top 25. They do not reach the lower limit of 18, 500 fans.
The promotion of Hi from their own Facebook page has paid off. Only in the past two months did this brand show growth. The number two and three, Actiecode.nl and Pathé have been active on the social network for some time.
The list only includes official pages from Dutch companies and Dutch-language pages from international companies. Facebook pages of, for example, political parties or television programs are left out of consideration. From an international page such as that of KLM, for example, the foreign user was filtered out using Facebook's advertising targeting tool, leaving only the Dutch user. Only the number of fans was included in the survey. No judgment is made about the quality of the page or the content.
