eHealth Convention: Digital in the region

Innovation and critical thinking about your own position and service is a must for every care organization in this time. ICT, digital applications and the rapidly increasing expectations of consumers are more than ever leading in the changes. Innovation and critical thinking about your own position and service is a must for every care organization in this time. ICT, digital applications and the rapidly increasing expectations of consumers are more than ever leading in the changes. Is every care organization going to work with its own innovation department or can we join forces?

The 33 regional hospitals affiliated with the Association of Collaborating General Hospitals (SAZ) are fully committed to bringing together digital care technology. Do our EPD systems determine the speed of innovation or are we able to fill in the front and the relationship with our patients digitally? How do you organize a joint initiative from an association over the affiliated hospitals? From which joint vision do we work and how do we use the drive of our employees in the region for this innovation?

Bert Kleinlugtenbeld, chairman SAZ, will discuss the SAZ's ambition at eHealth Convention in early October and what he sees about innovation opportunities for the hospitals in the regions. He also extensively discusses the launch and introduction of the new BeterDichtbij digital service from the SAZ.

Bert Kleinlugtenbeld is chairman of the Association of Collaborating General Hospitals (SAZ) and chairman of the Board of Directors of Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix (SKB) in Winterswijk. He has extensive experience in healthcare and has worked at Gelre Ziekenhuizen Apeldoorn, the Reinier de Graaf Group in Delft and at the Alysis Zorggroep in Zevenaar.

eHealth Convention takes place on October 4 in Amsterdam. Tickets are available here.
