PostNL opens 3.7 million online post offices

3.7 million online post offices
PostNL sees that consumers are arranging more and more things online and respond to this. For example, sending and receiving packages and mail have been brought together. This allows the customer to arrange all his mail matters whenever and wherever he wants via computer, tablet or smartphone. He therefore has his own online post office.

Clear and efficient
With the new web application from PostNL, the customer prepares the sending of a letter or a package online. He franks a parcel or postal item with a printed parcel or postage stamp. Then he delivers the shipment to one of the many PostNL post offices and package points in the neighborhood. Preparing online saves time, it is cheaper and more convenient. Both the sender and the recipient can follow the order in the 'On the way' overview. If the recipient has missed the first delivery, he can send his order to a PostNL post office or parcel point at a desired time.
