Amsterdam, January 29, 2015 - Login Consultants announces partnership with Colt Technology Services. This collaboration strengthens Colts Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform with Login Consultants' expertise in Desktop Delivery for delivering end-to-end workspace facilities.
Rob van Bavel, Managing Director Benelux at Login Consultants: "Our customers have appreciated our expertise in Desktop Delivery and Virtualization for over 10 years. Our collaboration with Colt reflects the next step in our development. With our expertise and experience of workplace solutions we now have the opportunity to guide our customers to (hybrid) cloud solutions. Workspace-as-a-Service delivered from the cloud is in line with the ambitions of our customers to focus more on the needs within their organization instead of the IT infrastructure ".
WaaS van Colt offers both virtual desktops and management functionality so that both data and applications can be delivered to end users. Colts platform is based on the VMware Horizon Suite and uses the Horizon View, Horizon Mirage and Horizon Workspace technology. The infrastructure is offered from multiple data centers and offers a secure service with high availability. This makes it possible for our customers to be able to offer any application on any device at any time.
"Underlined by our high-speed network and pan-European data centers, we have computer capacity to design virtual desktops with excellent end user performance. Through our collaboration with Login Consultants we give customers in the Benelux and Germany access to extensive knowledge and expertise of leading specialists ", says Mike Palmer Portfolio Manger IT Services at Colt Technology. "Together we make it possible for companies to easily switch to the cloud with our Workspace-as-a-Service. Login Consultants will act as our "business enabler" and will assess the infrastructure of our customer and then create a custom and personalized design of the new desktop architecture and then implement it. This ensures that our customers have access to an end-to-end WaaS solution ".
